The Public Welfare Foundation is currently accepting letters of intent for projects that support efforts to advance justice and opportunity for people in need, particularly in the areas of racial equity and economic well-being. The foundation looks for strategic points where its funds can make a significant difference and improve lives through policy and system reforms that result in transformative change. The foundation focuses on three program areas: criminal justice, youth justice, and workers’ rights.
The program guidelines provide further details about the grant. The Public Welfare Foundation has a two-step application process that includes both a letter of inquiry (LOI) and a full proposal. Letters of intent are accepted on a rolling basis. For more information about the process and to apply click here!
