"The Quality Assurance Coordinator shall report to the Quality Assurance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of quality assurance efforts in the Developmental Disabilities programs. They will manage the licensing/accreditation process and will be responsible for working on annual provider qualification process, meeting all provider expectations as required by the Administrative Entity and/or the Office of Developmental Programs and Mental Health. This position will serve as the HIPPA compliance manager for the Division. The successful candidate must have a BA degree in social services or High School diploma or equivalent with three years work-relevant human services experience. Working knowledge and experience with diverse client groups including individuals with Developmental Disabilities and mental illness and service approaches preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and group facilitation skills. Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Demonstrated leadership qualities with sound judgment with research skills and strategic planning experience. Basic computer skills.
