Apply Now: Second Chance Act Comprehensive Community-Based Adult Reentry Program

The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking grant applications from community- and faith-based organizations and Native American tribes interested in developing and implementing comprehensive and collaborative programs that support people who are reentering communities after incarceration, particularly through reentry programs that demonstrate strong partnerships with corrections, parole, probation, law enforcement, and other reentry service providers. These partnerships should enhance efforts to meet the needs of people who are at medium-to-high risk of reoffending as determined by validated criminogenic risk assessments.

The solicitation provides further details about the program, including allowable uses and selection criteria. Applications are due by May 1.
