Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic nonprofit, works to improve maternal and child health and well being through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.
MCC seeks a self motivated individual to fill a Case Managerposition in our prison-based MOMobile program. The Case Manager will provide culturally sensitive group education and case management to pregnant and newly parenting incarcerated and formally incarcerated women. Services will be provided at the Riverside Correctional Facility and during home visits. The successful candidate will also provide doula or labor support services on an on-call basis. Interest in maternal and child health and ability to work in a team environment desired. Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
