Administrative Coordinator Job Description: 

The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the Senior Director of Operations and Strategy and the SOAR program staff and will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office and matters related to the SOAR program. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and proficient in MS Office Suite, namely, Excel and general office equipment. Attention to detail and problem solving skills is a must. The Administrative Assistant should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of citizens who may have conflicting interests and opinions and experience engaging with executive leaders.

Apprenticeship Manager Job Description: 

OICA is seeking an Apprenticeship Development Manager to provide technical and professional
coordination and hands-on leadership in the development of apprenticeship pipelines at OICA SOAR
program sites. The incumbent is responsible for creating a plan to develop, grow and implement
apprenticeship pipelines into the program nation-wide. Work directly with executive leaders, program
managers, and frontline staff to build relationships with employers, labor unions, industry associations or
other stakeholders that are key in the development of apprenticeships. He/she provides administrative
support to ensure affiliates’ apprenticeship programs remain in good standing and in compliance with the
respective apprenticeship sponsorship body.


Data Analyst Job Description: 

OICA is seeking a Data Analyst to assist with evaluating and measuring goals and outcomes for
our SOAR Reentry Program. This individual will be responsible for entering and tracking
program data for the SOAR program. The analyst will monitor and ensure data fidelity in the
funder’s and OICA database systems. This role will also assist with the managing and
maintenance of all database and technological infrastructure that are used to advance the SOAR
program and the organization.


Director of Partnerships Job Description: 

OICA is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders that can support the SOAR Reentry Program. The SOAR program equips individuals with academic and vocational skills and provides access to opportunities to help them accomplish personal achievement and embrace a spirit of responsibility. The duties of the Director of Partnerships include working closely with OIC affiliates across multiple cities to help connect them with key stakeholders and resources that are available in their local business, workforce and reentry ecosystems.


Program Manager Job Description: 

Provide day-to-day management of all aspects of the SOAR reentry program.
 Provides oversight/compliance of case management, vocational/ educational training, and job placement services.
 Conduct visits at sub-grantee
 Works closely with the program funder in the collection of data, report writing and follow-up
 Develops and facilitates a strategy for employer engagement
 Review and oversee the implementation and administration of all contracts and performance documentations
 Review the FOA and proposal and articulate program goals and objectives to the team.
 Use OICA’s standard progress and outcome monitoring template to monitor project performance
 Coordinate staff activities to ensure all program objectives and outcomes are met
 Review monthly reports of program activities and give feedback to sub-grantees
 Write, review and submit quarterly performance report to DOL
 Participate in monthly leadership team meetings to capture best practices and “on the ground” learning to improve the delivery of the program
