Register to let us know you’ll be there!

More than 400 community stakeholders participated in the year-long planning process, which identified a shared vision for developing a coordinated community response that prevents homelessness whenever possible, keeps experiences of homelessness as short-lived as possible and supports people in maintaining their housing, rather than returning to homelessness. In this plan, our community commits to five priorities for action to transform our collective efforts: Resource Development, Systems Integration, Quality Improvement, Clear Communication, and Connections to Employment.

To provide high-level, cross-system leadership for this vision, we are establishing the Philadelphia Intergovernmental Council on Homelessness (ICH). ICH members will endorse the plan, pledging to help ensure the health and success of the plan's strategies and actions. We all look forward to working with the dedicated and creative members of our community to address this area of shared concern.
