The training on Gender focuses on skill building and developing appropriate behaviors and actions to working with people of all genders. There is information sharing about gender, specifically transgender experiences, however the focus is on using inclusive language, respectful vs. disrespectful language and comments, and ways to interact with people who look or sound different than you may expect.
