PRC's Fall Quarterly Stakeholder Meeting Synopsis

On October 24, 2018 the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition hosted a packed room for its Fall 2018 Quarterly Stakeholder Meeting.

Following the presentation, consultant Erica Atwood presented on the City's "Neighborhood Resource Centers" initiative. Over 100 people representing more than 65 organizations and agencies heard about the Neighborhood Resource Center (NRC) initiative (formerly referred to as Community Resource Centers) and provided feedback, through facilitated discussion and surveys.

Lastly, Vanessa Garrett-Harley, the City's Deputy Managing Director of Criminal Justice and Public Safety, discussed her team's effort to produce a violence prevention strategy for the Mayor, and some of her hopes for reentry in Philadelphia.
