The program is a 5-month, no-cost training program in IT for 18- to 24-year-olds in Philadelphia with a high school credential (or close to earning one).
The program provides foundational information technology (IT) training and professional development to help young adults transition into a registered apprenticeship, college, or the workforce. Consists of three months of classroom instruction and two months of paid internships.

Must be age 18-24
Have a high school diploma/GED equivalent or close to obtainment
Currently enrolled or willing to enroll in a WIOA-partner organization, such JEVS Human Services, Congreso de Latinos Unidos, District 1199c Training & Upgrading Fund, Temple University or YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School
