Philadelphia FIGHT is Accepting Applications for Several Positions

Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers provide culturally-competent comprehensive primary care, and state of the art HIV primary care to low-income members of the community, along with research, consumer education, advocacy, social services, and outreach to people with chronic health conditions including, people living with HIV and Hep C, formerly incarcerated persons, and young people at risk; and access to the most advanced clinical research in HIV and Hepatitis C treatment and prevention.

 

Philadelphia FIGHT is current accepting applications for several position. We are highlighting the following (click each title to view the application and more information) :


 Director of the Critical Path Learning Center

The Director of the Critical Path Learning Center is a management position and is responsible for setting the culture and leadership of the space including overseeing the Learning Center Commons operations, hospitality services, adult education programs and digital literacy programs of Philadelphia FIGHT. The Director of the Critical Path Learning Center represents Philadelphia FIGHT both on site and in the community, in a courteous, efficient manner that reflects the high level of integrity and customer service mandated by Philadelphia FIGHT.

 

Hours: M-F 9:00 to 5:00, occasional evenings, weekends, and late nights.
Department: Department of Education and Training
Supervisor: Chief Learning Officer
Full-Time, 40 hours per week; exempt

 

Prison Linkage Specialist

Philadelphia FIGHT's Institute for Community Justice (ICJ) works with people returning to the community from prison or jail. We are a community center for individuals impacted by imprisonment, and our programs include a reentry center, local jail 'in-reach' services, educational programming, therapeutic recreation and comprehensive reentry support.The Bilingual Prison Linkage Specialist is to respond to referrals from the Philadelphia Department of Prisons, and support a case load of primarily Spanish speaking clients living with HIV throughout their incarceration and after their release. Responsibilities include discharge planning with an emphasis on HIV continuity of care and linkage and retention to care in the community. The Bilingual Prison Linkage Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the HepC Prison Linkage Specialist with individuals in the Philadelphia Department of Prisons (PDP). The Bilingual Prison Linkage Specialist represents Philadelphia FIGHT both on site and in the community, in a courteous, efficient manner that reflects the high level of integrity and customer service mandated by Philadelphia FIGHT

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Non-Exempt

 

Program Support Coordinator

The Program Support Coordinator for Philadelphia FIGHT's Institute for Community Justice (ICJ) is responsible for management of special events, spearheading the identification and implementation of developmental initiatives and expanding community partnerships. The ICJ Program Support Coordinator represents Philadelphia FIGHT both on site and in the community, in a courteous, efficient manner that reflects the high level of integrity and customer service mandated by Philadelphia FIGHT.

 

Hours: M-F 9:00 to 5:00
Supervisor: ICJ Director
