OIC of America is Hiring a Re-entry Program Coordinator, Full-time

OICA provides job and life skills training and matches our graduates with the employment needs of local businesses. Our organization and broader network have trained over 2 million people nationwide over the past 50+ years.

POSITION SUMMARY:

OICA is hiring a Program Coordinator to help ensure programming under OICA’s national re-entry program, SOAR, is operating in alignment with best practice models, federal regulations, and funder contracts. He/she works directly with executive leaders, program managers, and frontline staff.

SALARY: $48,000 – $50,000 + Competitive Benefits Package

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision of all aspects of the SOAR reentry program.

  • Remain current on best practices in workforce development and re-entry.

  • Review monthly program reports to ensure program objectives are met.

  • Ensure fidelity of service delivery is aligned with the program model.

  • Coordinate with OICA and affiliate staff to develop interventions for poor performance.

  • Collect and review curriculums for training tracks and other program materials from affiliates.

  • Travel to perform on-site reviews.

  • Carry our other responsibility as directed by supervisor.
