The Energy Coordinating Agency is recruiting for two training programs that are funded through PA CareerLink® Philadelphia. Fast-track eligibility review/registration/enrollment is happening at ECA Info Sessions Feb 6 &13. Returning citizens are one focus of outreach and a reentry specialist from PA CareerLink® Philadelphia will be on-site to assist.
WIOA Registration Checklist
Date of Birth (ex: driver’s license or government ID card, birth certificate, passport, DD-214, report of transfer/discharge, hospital record of birth)
Residence (ex: current utility bill, driver’s license or government ID card, lease or rent receipt)
Social Security Number (ex: social security card, DD-214, report of transfer/discharge, IRS Form Letter 1722, Letter from Social Service Agency)
Citizenship/Right to Work (ex: birth certificate, DD-214, hospital record of birth, naturalization certificate, Social Security Card (Work Eligible) w/ Photo I.D., Work Authorized Alien Reg Card)
Income (ex: bank statement, layoff notice, SSI award letter, unemployment computer print-out
