
The Philadelphia Reentry Coalition will be collecting and sharing information about member organizations' adjustments to services all week. This is a compilation of all the information we've received and/or confirmed as of March 17th. Things are changing rapidly, and we will be updating as this unfolds. Action Wellness All offices are operating with normal hours. Ardella's House Day of Empathy Philadelphia, scheduled for March 25th, will be canceled. Baker Industries Spring gala postponed. Lived Experience of Reentry event postponed. Broad Street Ministry Open for mail service and a to-go meal, Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 2:00pm. All other events and services postponed. CareerLink

Center for Literacy Classes at Peirce College will start back on Monday, April 6. Classes at Community Schools will start back on March 30. Classes at libraries will start back on Monday, April 6. Classes at CCP-West, PTTI and Southwest CDC will start back on Monday, April 6. Community College of Philadelphia College closed until March 28th. Community Legal Services
Intake process closed and will not be seeing new clients until March 25th, when they expect to open for phone and online services. Housing Intake Line remains open for new cases. Client Interview Hours scheduled for 12:30pm - 4pm, Monday - Friday Eastern State Penitentiary All programs closed through March 31st. Episcopal Community Services All programming of Episcopal Community Services is postponed. First Judicial District of Pennsylvania All FJD courts and related offices, will be closed until April 1st, 2020
There are a few exceptions:
A. Preliminary Arraignments, Bail Acceptance, and Emergency Protection from Abuse services will continue on a 24/7 basis.
B. Juvenile Detention Hearings and shelter care hearings held pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. § 6332 will be held by the Court as required under the law.
C. An Emergency Judge will be available from 9am to 5pm and civil emergency filings must be filed in person at the Stout Center. We will designate the location. Civil Emergencies will be limited to health and medical emergencies, public safety and emergency guardianship appointments.
D. All Pretrial Services and Adult Probation and Parole Department client interviews will be suspended for the next two weeks. GAGNON I Hearings and EMU Supervision will continue.
E. Municipal Court will continue to hear video bench warrant hearings for individuals incarcerated in the Philadelphia Prison system.
F. Traffic Division will remain open to retrieve impounded vehicles-3 days per week. FNC Philly Office closed until April 3rd. Service provision uninterrupted but online. Impact Services Corporation All meetings and events cancelled until April 13th Philadelphia FIGHT Family Dentistry is closed, all other services normal. Jefferson Health Visitors will not be permitted to see patients. Exceptions may be made, but visitors will need to discuss special considerations with their patients’ care teams. JEVS Human Services Therapeutic Services still operational.
Classroom-based education programs and special events have been cancelled.
Looking Forward Philadelphia Reentry Program will have staff available via telephone for support and office hours by appointment only. For reentry support please call 484-533-7002. Free Library of Philadelphia All locations closed to the public through March 29, at which point we will reevaluate. All programs and events scheduled for this time have been cancelled or postponed. Mental Health Partnerships Pottstown Recovery Learning Center is closed, all other programs normal. Merakey All services operating with normal hours. Mothers in Charge Office closed until further notice. Mural Arts All public events postponed until March 31st. New Leash on Life
All public community events canceled. Post release, transitional services, and case management moved to virtual or phone appointments.
The Petey Green Program
All tutoring has been suspended through at least April 10.

Pennsylvania Department of Corrections All visits to state correctional institutions cancelled until March 27th. Pennsylvania Prison Society All visitor buses from the Prison Society are suspended until further notice. Our Hope Alive meetings are cancelled until further notice. Our Parenting classes are cancelled until further notice. Philabundance All services operating with normal hours. Philadelphia Housing Authority PHA has suspended all evictions for thirty (30) days. PHA will be postponing all court appointments where residents have failed to pay rent. Residents are still required to pay rent. Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity Suspending expungement intakes for the next few weeks. Philadelphia OIC Office and Workforce Academy closed until March 30th. Philadelphia Works
All meetings cancelled.

PHMC All services operating with normal hours. Redemption Housing New resident applicant interviews postponed until April 1st. All other programs operational. Regional Housing Legal Services Staff operating remotely. Village Arts Office closed and all programming postponed until further notice.
