In recognition of Second Chance Month in April, we’ll consider teachers, educators, faculty, staff, and most importantly students, who work or live in the correctional and reentry settings who are making a difference in helping to educate, train, and prepare justice involved individuals for their journey after incarceration. In this discussion, we will identify teachers, administrators, and students doing great work in the correctional and reentry field and explore how we can better serve our adult learners to give them the educational tools they need to be successful when they return home.
