The Department of Commerce is happy to announce our release of the Call for Ideas for Fair Chance Hiring Training. They are seeking project proposals that identify and accelerate innovative, evidence-informed approaches to supporting justice-impacted Philadelphians prepare for and connect to sustainable career pathways that pay a living wage. Proposals must be able to be implemented and evaluated for impact over a 12-month period. The deadline to apply is March 17, 2023 at 5 p.m.
They will be following up with employers interested in filling positions through this funding opportunity to connect them with workforce partners.
