The Institute for Community Justice is putting together another Women's Empowerment Series. The first event is titled, "Let's Talk about Sex(ual) Autonomy and Liberation: Beyond the Bars of our own Prison".

This event is for female-identifying individuals who have been impacted by mass incarceration, and during this event they will be having discussions and activities that circle around a women's sexuality, build confidence, and connect with other women. There will also be free giveaways and food!
ICJ recognizes that women who have been impacted by mass incarceration are more likely to face challenges that are related to sexuality, and we wanted to find a way to support women specifically around this topic to provide a safe and BRAVE space to connect and interact with other women who have also been impacted by mass incarceration.
