They'll focus on the requests for proposals that are out on the street for shallow rent housing, SRO-based housing, project-based rapid re-housing, and tenant-based rapid re-housing.

The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Homeless Services, in collaboration with the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services, is now soliciting interest from not-for-profit organizations to supply and/or operate a Single Room Occupancy program, SRO-Philadelphia. The program seeks to provide a temporary housing opportunity for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and who have health conditions making them susceptible to COVID-19.
