This year the Office of Reentry Partnerships is excited to again be able to hire two VISTAs, a Reentry Housing VISTA and Reentry Workforce Development VISTA. Both will serve as central contact points between Reentry Coalition member organizations, staff in the Office of Reentry Partnerships (where they will be based), and other City and criminal justice agencies and departments. The Office of Reentry Partnerships is less than two years old and in a really exciting time as we develop plans and projects to take the City’s ability to coordinate and support reentry efforts citywide to the next level. We are looking forward to hiring two dynamic, committed, and curious VISTAs to the ORP team for the 2021-2022 year. This past year the VISTAs have been able to contribute to our work in HUGE ways, including truly re-energizing our partnerships focused on education, employment, and housing.
