The Program Manager acts as a coach/technical assistance provider and serves as the liaison between OIC affiliates and OICA through our SOAR reentry program. They will provide overall management and monitor OIC affiliate program operations to include service delivery, partnership development, etc. This position will work closely with frontline staff and OICA staff to understand participants' needs by analyzing data and building meaningful relationships with OIC affiliates. OICA's Program Manager will generate monthly outcome reports for executives and funders. This role will require one to represent OICA as an expert within the reentry eco-system and attend conferences, discussions, or similar platforms to build new alliances and partnerships that propel the institution's work.
