Philadelphia Continuum of Care Soliciting Feedback from Community on Emergency Housing Vouchers

Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) Survey

The City of Philadelphia was allocated 863 vouchers through the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA). PHS is required to work in partnership with the City of Philadelphia’s Continuum of Care (CoC) to administer these vouchers. The 863 new vouchers present an historic opportunity to help those experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia. We've learned what HUD requires of EHV programs, how we might prioritize utilization, and asked the community for input. If you haven't completed the EHV Survey yet, there is still time to share your input! You have the chance to complete the EHV Survey up until 7/16/21.

You are also invited to the Philadelphia Continuum of Care Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Community Survey Results Discussion: Turning Feedback Into Action July 28, 2021 | 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Next steps after the EHV Survey? Review and discuss the results! Come learn the detailed survey results, discuss insights and takeaways that will help guide the design of Philly's EHV program and our mission to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.

Register in advance for this meeting here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Audience: Providers, community members, people with lived experience of homelessness, government partners, and all stakeholders are welcome and encouraged to attend.
