June is recognized in Philadelphia as Reentry Awareness Month. Members of the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition will be hosting events throughout the month, but in addition, PRC will be starting the month with our annual Awards Ceremony, during which we'll come together to hear from people who have come home from jail and prison, recognize participants of reentry programs, and give out awards to PRC members who are making a difference.
The event will be held at Eastern State Penitentiary on June 2nd from 6pm - 8:30pm. Light refreshments will be served.
Tours of Eastern State will also be available for free to anyone who registers.
