Did you know that the City will sell the Roundhouse (Former Police Administration Building - 7th and Race Streets) in 2023?
Before this happens, the City of Philadelphia needs your input. We want to understand Philadelphia's relationship with the building and its history. This will help us decide what kind of future the site and building should have. What we learn will help us find the right partner to redevelop the site.
