Tell the City of Philadelphia How You Would Use Funds to Support Those Experiencing Houselessness





HOME-ARP (funds) is coming to Philadelphia. Tell the City how to use it!

The Biden Harris Administration in Washington, DC has provided Philadelphia’s homeless assistance systems with $42 million in one-time funds to support an equitable recovery. This new program created by the American Rescue Plan (ARP) is called HOME-ARP. The funds can be used for acquiring and developing affordable housing and non-congregate shelter, tenant based rental assistance and services. Here is some basic information about the HOME-ARP Program and how to dollars can be used:

The Office of Homeless Services would like to get as much input as possible from our community, especially people with lived experience of homelessness and people who have historically been marginalized. Here is the link to the community survey in both English and Spanish. Please complete it and share it widely.


Look for the draft HOME-ARP Allocation Plan in December. The Office of Homeless Services will be holding a public hearing and a public comment before it is finalized. Updates to follow.
