The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is unlike any other subsidized housing program. The rules are confusing to people accustomed to public housing or Housing Choice Vouchers. For example, while rents are below market, they are not based on the tenant’s income. This webinar will explain the ins and outs of finding, applying for, and living in a LIHTC unit.
