The Commerce Department’s Office of Workforce Development is excited to collaborate with the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations (PCHR) to present a webinar on the Fair Criminal Record Screening Standards also known as the Ban-the-Box law on Wednesday, December 8th at 11:00am. This session will provide insights on the key aspects of the ordinance, highlight recent updates, and feature a brief segment on the Umbrella of Protection term.
